Step 2
Format
Auto keeps transparency as PNG, everything else as JPEG — both render in every email client.
WebP renders in Gmail but not in Outlook, Yahoo or older Apple Mail. For newsletter images, use PNG or JPEG.
Step 3
Ready for the newsletter
Why this matters
Image formats in email
For a picture to show in every client (Gmail, web Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Yahoo), it must be
PNG or JPEG (not WebP / AVIF / HEIC) and served from a public
https:// URL (not a data: blob, not http://).
This tool does both: convert, then upload to your site and copy the link.
